Automated OONI Probe testing

"OONI Probe can perform tests on its own, without the need to run them manually, you just need to enable automatic testing in the application settings. It will run several times a day, provided that the smartphone is connected to Wi-Fi and a charger, and the VPN is turned off. The results of automatic tests are published on OONI Explorer, but are not displayed in the application."
