Looking at OONI data in aggregate

You can view individual measurements through OONI Explorer, but for blocking analysis, an aggregated view is important to see patterns and eliminate false results. For this, there is the Measurement Aggregation Toolkit (MAT), which builds graphs by parameters (country, site, network) and helps to understand the scale and variations of blocking.
