Interpreting OONI data

OONI data are the results of OONI Probe tests that show the accessibility and possible blocking of internet services and websites. The results come in three types: normal (the site is accessible), confirmed blocked (clear signs of blocking, such as a block page), and anomalous (possible signs of blocking that require further analysis).
